The diet

So what are these magical ‘sirtfoods’?  The ten most common include:

  • Green Tea
  • Dark chocolate (that is at least 85 per cent cocoa) mixed with Cocoa Fat not milk
  • Apples
  • Citrus fruits
  • Parsley
  • Turmeric
  • Kale
  • Blueberries
  • Capers
  • Red wine
  • Coffee
  • Lemon
  • Sage
  • Red Onions

Remember to keep it clean from Dairy, sugar and gluten otherwise you loose the benefits your after. Avoid all animal products to increase your metabolism.
