Hi, I am a regular person aiming to achieve a better quality lifestyle. Its easier than the daily struggle against fatigue and sickness most face daily.
My story started with a simple decision of getting a personal trainer. He helped me become a more responsible and disciplined individual. When starting of I only bit of what I can chew, starting with one day in the week escalated with my enthusiasm to 5 days a week.
